I recently bought this after suffering with a concussion (& as a result having problems sleeping). It's great! The aroma in a hot bath allows you to really take it in & it's very relaxing. It helps me to unwind enough to improve my sleep. It isn't the most bubbly of products & it is a little overpriced for how much I use per bath, but it is a good quality product so I would recommend the splurge. Also I wanted to mention that I have dry, sensitive skin & I was fine using it. I've already got my second one & it's great when it's included in one of the Body Shop's many offers.
