I want to return it. Terrible..

Hello,
I bought this serum about a month ago..the texture is great, and the little pump gives just enough for under the eyes. I have been using it twice a day (as directed on the package).
I've been noticing that my skin under the eyes feels tight now, which is enhancing my nearly not-there wrinkles (I'm 26). Today when I came into work, I went to apply some general mineral makeup, and under my eyes it was all dry and flaky/crusty. This was not my skin, since It washed off and felt alot lighter afterwards.
This product doesn't absorb well, and dries out my under eye area...What is going on?! I put a very minimal amount on and dab it..
I would stay away from this and maybe use one of their other serums.
Meanwhile I'm wondering if I can return it for a satisfaction garantee...
