Perfect as shaving cream
Date:December 7, 2015
My leg skin is quite dry, and regular shaving creams or gels could never be enough, and shaving always felt harsh. Then it occured me to try body butter. I just apply it on my wet legs and shave on it The razor, even an old one, glides smoothly, and the skin is soft, not irritated. No cuts, no dryness. After shower I also apply coconut milk lotion to prolong this softness on legs.
Now I am going to try Mango body butter, because reviews says it's the most moisturizing and sticky out of all butters. May be, it will allow me to skip the after-shower moisturizing.
But I definitely will never use regular shaving creams/gels again.

Here's the tip how to make it scrub better
Date:July 15, 2014
When I put this scrub on wet skin, the scrubbing particles don't melt - it's a good thing. Still it seems they are not many in number, and you'd wish for more rubbing particles. However, I let the scrub just stay on skin for a minute or two. It gets less creamy, becomes stickier - and then it turned into a really good strong exfoliator. So, my tip - apply it on wet skin, wait to dry a bit and then go on massaging your skin. Then it's amazing texture to work with. If you don't have time to wait and want to scrub immediately, you'd better choose pink grapefruit scrub.
Now about the brazil nut smell. It is heavenly sweet, like a croissant bakery or smth. I love it. The smell doesn't stay on skin after shower, though.
The scrub is not oily at all, moisturizing is mild. If you need real softenere and moisturizer, look towards mango or shea scrub.
Pick up our Shea scrub, to buff away dead skin cells, leaving your skin supremely smooth. Its sugary texture and subtle nutty scent adds a touch of luxury to your exfoliating routine.
I've tried several BodyShop scrubs that contain sugar and salt. And I already know that this combination fails as a scrub, because sugar and salt just melt on the wet skin and don't really exfoliate anytihng. This Shea scrub is another proof. However, it is very oily so I apply it on legs and then shave them, and it works well and smooth without any shaving foam. Now I just need to compare the price of foam vs this scrub. If the scrub is cheaper, I may stick to it. P.S. The smell is ok, quite neutral. A bit of chemical or medical note in the smell exists too.
Pick up our moringa scrub, to buff away dead skin cells, leaving your skin supremely smooth and refined. Its sugary texture and fresh-floral scent adds a touch of luxury to your exfoliating routine.
Amazing scrubby particles in this product - they do not melt under water. So you can exfoliate really well and keep rubbing the same amount, without re-applying. I was very happy with this part, after the grapefruit scrub this one is my 2nd fav now.
The scent is ripe-floral, smells like jasmine to me. The smell is very strong but does not stay on skin after shower - which is good, because I prefer fruite lotions afterwards.
Buff yourself beautiful with this creamy body scrub, scented with fresh coconuts. Blend our nourishing scrub with water and apply in circular motions to reveal smoother, more radiant, silky-soft skin.
The exfoliating particles are very small and few in number. I'd feel them only on the most delicate skin, such as hand backside or face. On the major parts of the body, it's hardly tangible.
Won't buy it again, to summarize: No strong exfoliation (unlike the pink grapefruit scrub). Doesn't moisturize (unlike the mango or chocomania scrubs). Lacks a natural sweet smell (unlike the brazil nut scrub).

smells good, but no other benefits
Date:June 9, 2014
The chocolate smell is definitely here and it's awesome. But the scrubbing part is just not there for me. I don't feel any scrubbing particles in it. It's like applying chunks of chocolate butter. The skins is soft and moisturized after this product, but not exfoliated. I won't buy this product again. And if I want to smell chocolate, the Chocomania Shower Cream will be my choice.
Perfect for on-the-go hydration, don't leave home without our limited edition expert care hand cream. With sweet almond oil (a manicurist’s essential) and shea butter, this hand cream will make your skin feel silkier and softer in no time.
The things I like most is how fast the cream dries on hands. The skin gets softer but no grease left, and in 10-15 minutes I am ready again to hold my smartphone:) or, if I use the cream when I go to bed, sometimes it dries faster than I manage to fall asleep:) And the scent is very pleasant, bitterish, like almonds.
Most bath mitts I used would get soft in water and lost their scrubbing power. But this mitt even hardens when wet! And it does not slip of the hand. I like it a lot, thighs massage has never been easier. The impact on skin depends on how hard I push. I use this mitt for the hardest impact, which you would not achieve with a body scrub.
Pick up our tropical, mango scented scrub, to buff away dead skin cells, leaving your skin supremely soft and refined. It's sugary texture and fruity scent adds a touch of luxury to your exfoliating routine.
Can't call it a real scrub. Whatever coarse particles it contains, they melt on wet skin in a second. So, not exfoliation at all. The texture is sick and leaves the skin very oily. Which may be good for very-very dry skin, probably, but feels too much for my normal skin. I found only one use for this product. I apply it on legs before shaving, and the razor goes very smoothly, even the cheapest disposable razor. The smell is ok, but nothing extraordinary. I will not buy this product again, and if I need smth to smooth legs before shaving, applying some body butter or foam would work in the same way.
A lightweight non-greasy, velvety moisturising body lotion that protects and hydrates skin. Formulated with protective vitamin E and moisturising wheat germ oil. Easily absorbs leaving skin feeling smoother and moisturised. Use as needed as part of your personalised skin care routine.
Very charming, gentle, rose-like smell. Moisturizes well and dries fast, leaves the skin soft but not sticky. I apply it on legs after shaving and on bikini area after epilation, it reduces skin irritation significantly. And there is no any tingling or itching during application. I love this lotion:)
