If you like the scent of fresh oranges and tangerines, you'll adore this body butter. I love its potency and that after applying, you can still smell it hours later. It moisturizes really well too, and while I'll love it in the summer, I still enjoy pulling it out in the winter to moisturize parched skin. I pray TBS never discontinues this delightful classic.

Finally, I'm on board! I bought the Olive body butter a year ago, and, I admit, it's taken me a while to warm up to the scent (normally, I prefer either sweet-warm, nutty or fruity scents). But I've grown to 'adore' its very green, earthy scent and now I LOVE it! I suppose it helps that I've found a complimenting fragrance/perfume to wear with it (...and I dream that, eventually, TBS will come out with its own earthy, green EDT or EDP). It also has this gorgeous light, yet rich, texture that's very moisturizing. I love to use the Olive body wash and beautifying oil when I wear the body butter - for extra decadence and scent.

I previously wrote a review for the eau de toilette version of this White Musk Smoky Rose, in which it got two thumbs up from me. But I wanted either a perfume oil or eau de parfum for more longevity and punch. And here it is with the eau de parfum! I adore this fragrance and it does have fantastic longevity and more 'punch' in the eau de parfum! I so adore this fragrance - slightly smoky in an insence-y way, musky, I get the very subtle drifts of rose & bergamont...it's feminine, a bit mysterious, but very earthy - all in all, just lovely. Well done, Body Shop!

I'd so been hoping this Red Musk would be spicy with 'punch', considering its description and all. It's not. Rather, it's a very soft, warm scent, but its spices are so softened, so....powdered down that it lost all appeal for me. And since I don't do powdery scents, I'll have to return to my non-Body Shop supply to get my spice kick.

Happy surprise!

When I first smelled this at the store, I was apprehensive. I wondered if it was ...old lady-ish, but there was also something just lovely about it. I'm so very glad I gave it a chance (along with its matching body butter/cream), because it's now something I look forward to wearing. It might smell quite strong when first applied, but it mellows in such a lovely, feminine way while still retaining its rich character, which is important to me. I hope TBS always carries this!

I so enjoy wearing this scent - especially when combined with the White Musk Libertine body butter. It smells clean and sophisticated. I'm a little disappointed with the staying power, considering that it's an 'Eau De Parfum'. But it seems with all TBS fragrances these days, the Eau De Parfum is more the strength of an Eau De Toilette...and the Eau De Toilette is about the strength of a body spray. That aside, I think the fragrance itself is superb and I will definitely buy it again.

Okay, so I'm IN LOVE with the entire Chocomania line - it's true. I'm sure much of it is...ohhh, that scent, like rich chocolate mixed in with...fresh air - YES, THAT'S IT! This scrub is just perfect - rich, moisturizing, leaving my skin moist, glowing, and irresistibly silky - perfectly prepared for Chocomania Body Butter (which I could go on and on about). Every time I use this scrub (or any product in this line), I want to bow down to the brilliant individual/s who developed this scent.

I simply adore the Mango Scrub! Its fragrance is just as delicious, decadent, and tropical as the mango body butter – just as rich too. But after using this scrub, the body butter goes on twice as smooth, and my skin literally glows. While its texture is on the oily side (which is actually one of the reasons I love this scrub), like all TBS scrubs and butters, it’s NEVER pore-clogging – just rich, skin-loving moisturization.

Oh, no...that scent!

I tried to like the scent of this body butter, I did. I tried several times to find/smell the delicious beauty in it (delicate honey scent maybe?) that so many other reviewers have described. I tried and I tried, but, alas, I gave up. I mean, why try to love something that I find smells ....I gotta say it: revolting. To my olfactory processing centre, it 'stinks'. Fortunately, I own a dozen other fabulous TBS butters that I adore the scent of, so I'm not that sad. If you're on the fence with this one, I'd suggest asking for an in-store sample before purchase.

I couldn't believe how close this scent is to fresh peaches. I have my favourite perfume that I wear with this scent, that is until TBS comes out with its own matching fragrance. I will dream that a matching perfume oil will be created for this gorgeous body butter. Great moisturizing properties too! Great job, Body Shop!
