Leaves Skin Extremely Dry/Flaky

I use the Tea Tree Face Wash and Toner and bought this hoping it would help clear my skin and leave it moisturized, however it constantly leaves my skin extremely dried and flaky, especially around my mouth. I don't want to waste it so I use it at night time when no one will see the terrible flaky-ness.
