Not the best purchase I made, but it was part of the body shop's 2 for 1 deal, so I can't really complain. The lip balm IS moisturizing, but I needed to put on about 5 layers before I felt like it was doing anything for me. The selling features would have to be the most obvious features - vitamin E and SPF protection. I find that most SPF lip balms feel a little dryer on the lips. I was hoping for something a little different with this, but it didn't happen. I don't really like the smell of this product. It smells like an unscented lipstick. That kind of plastic-mechanical smell if you know what I mean. Overall, not a terrible lip balm because it does the job of moisturizing and protecting from the sun. But not the best I've tried. I'd still wear it when I'm active outdoors (working out or tending to the garden) when I don't really care about the way I smell or look.
