Super Moisturizing

This is my favourite moisturizer i've ever used. I doesn't make my face look or fell greasy at all and it gives it a nice glowing appearance. It has a great smell and it doesn't feel super heavy. I use this mostly at night because its too heavy for the day and would make my skin get shiny pretty quickly. I love it because it just melts into your skin and makes it silky soft. In the summer i think this would be to heavy but its great for winter.

Doesn't live up to its expectations

The Body Shop say that this moisturizer has an amazing ability to moisturize, mattify and leave you skin healthy and soft all day along with a cooling affect but i found that it didn't live up to all the things its said to do. It has little things in it that release moister for up to 24 hours but i find my skin getting dry and tight way before then. Even the first time i used it i didn't notice a cooling affect but it is nice and light. I also find that its not very good at mattifying my skin, it leaves more shiny then before i put it on. It has more of a gel then a cream texture which doesn't bother me but i find it does't do as good of a job as a cream would do, it doesn't melt into your skin as much it more just sits on the surface. It has a nice sweet smell but if you don't like smells or have sensitive skin i think it could really bother you as its extremely strong. Its not a horrible moisturizer but i your looking for something to really sink in and moisturize your skin then this isn't for you. With the technology that The Body Shop says it has i expected way more from it.

It's not bad but not great. It does a good job at mattifying your face but other then that it doesn't do much. The first few times i used it it helped clear up my skin but after about a week it stopped helping with my acne, it's like my skin became immune to it. It leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth and it has a nice soothing, cooling, tingling affect. It leaves my skin feeling kind of dry and tight so i wouldn't use this as a moisterizer but more of a mattifier.
