When I had first used it, I was hesitant about the texture (felt very oily in my hand). However, it lathers well and works wonders! My hair is always so soft and light after I use this shampoo, and I usually have to blow dry my hair straight in order to achieve that effect. With this product I know I can leave my hair wet after I get out of the shower and that it will dry and look amazing - not frizzy. I will definitely purchase again!

I love this product! The texture is lightweight, smooth and it spreads very well with even the smallest amount. It took me a while to adjust to the scent - at first I didn't enjoy it very much. However, I find this is a great day cream and is great to wear underneath make-up if needed. I usually use this cream in the winter, because that's when my skin is the most dry and flaky, and I will continue to purchase it.

I have been buying this product for almost a year now! It's great for clearing up my skin and providing a deep cleanse after wearing make-up or having oily skin. I always feel clean and refreshed after using this product, and I like how you don't need to use a lot for it to do its job (which makes it last longer too!). I wish they sold them in larger containers, but even still I'm impressed with the product and will continue to purchase it!

Not my favourite tea tree oil item

I love, love, love this line from the Body Shop. I have been buying the traditional tea tree oil cleansers for almost a year now, and I purchased this one to compare it to the rest. Personally I didn't feel like it was giving my face the deep cleanse that it would need after wearing make-up or having occasional break outs. It felt rather soapy but also watery, which made me question whether or not it was really having any affect on my skin. I'm happy I tried it at least, but I think for the future I will simply continue to buy the other tea tree oil cleansers.

My skin has always had the tendency to break out on occasion, but I find this product really keeps my skin in check. I like this tea tree oil product especially because it provides a deeper cleanse to remove oils, dirt, make-up, etc. You also don't need to use a lot because it lathers and spreads quite well so as a result it will last quite some time. I will gladly continue to purchase this product/line, my only concern is the microbeads in the cleanser.

This has been my first time buying this face cream and it won't be the last. My skin is very strange in the sense that sometimes it's too oily or sometimes it's too dry. I find this cream gives my skin the balance it needs, and provides tons of moisture very quickly when I have dry areas on my face. It's not very thick, so it's great to wear underneath make-up and it spreads very well so you won't need to use a lot for each use.

I absolutely love this product. I don't use it every night, but in the summer if I get a bad sunburn on my face, or if I'm experiencing times of really dry or irritated skin, this is my go-to product before I go to bed. It's not too thick, it smells nice, and it's cool and refreshing. Pairs up nicely with the aloe toner as well!

Ok, but not great

I had heard great things about this product and saw that it was a top rated item. When I received it in the mail, I watched a tutorial on the Body Shop website to see how to properly apply it. I followed the same instructions, and I didn't feel like it did a lot for my skin. My skin actually felt quite oily and clogged, and the coverage isn't the best unfortunately. Also, I haven't had the product for too long, but it's practically water now.

I saw online that this product was highly rated and a best seller, so I went to a retail location to make sure I would order the correct shade. I had ordered it online with the lightest shade possible because my skin is very fair, and it was still quite dark and orange-looking on my skin (maybe this was a shipping error?). I'm also not a fan of the texture.. it feels thick and doesn't spread well and the brush to apply it is quite small. I wanted to love this product but unfortunately I've only tried to use it once and I don't think I will again.
